What materials are used to make your jewellery?

A variety of materials is used to make our jewelry. Personally, we love gold-plated (metal with a thin layer of gold) and stainless-steel jewelry. The thin layer of gold applied to the top of the metal is 2.5 microns thick and consists of 14K yellow gold, white gold, or rose gold. This layer is also applied over stainless steel jewelry, and the color of this jewelry is determined by the color of the gold plating. The stainless steel jewelry is made of 304 or 316L steel.
All our jewelry is nickel free and hypoallergenic.

Can I wear your jewellery while playing sports or sleeping?

Although the quality of our jewelry is durable due to the stainless steel, we advise our customers not to wear our jewelry while showering or sleeping, during sports or similar activities. The best way to care for your jewelry is to avoid contact with water, handgels, hairspray, and body lotion.

How do I choose my ring size?

size 16 = circumference 50 mm
size 17 = circumference 53 mm
size 18 = circumference 56 mm

What if I want to return an item?

We are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with your purchase! Contact us via mail or social media within 14 days of receiving your order and further details will be discussed. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it. All items will be reviewed individually upon return. If we receive a returned item in an unsuitable condition, the refund will become void and the item(s) will be sent back to you. The items you wish to return are your responsibility until we receive them. It’s a good idea to get insurance for the value of the items you are returning or obtain proof of postage. Your refund will be issued in the form of a gift voucher. The same goes for changing your item for a different color or size.
